Trowbridge Westbourne Tennis Club

Trowbridge Westbourne Tennis Club (TWTC), part of Trowbridge Westbourne Sports Club, was founded in 1913 by 45 sporting enthusiasts who bought our current site and later built the club house. Since then we have become an energetic club with a great social calendar.

We have four all weather courts that are kept in very good condition two of which have flood lights, a large club house with fully fitted kitchen, cooker and fridge freezer, a bar, large car park and last but not least ladies and mens changing rooms.

We are LTA affiliated and have mini tennis accreditation. We also have 11 teams in the local Chippenham & District Tennis League and 6 teams in the National Club League (AEGON Team Tennis). If you are interested in joining our club please contact our Membership Secretary.

Our Head Coach

Head Coach Ron Marshall is an LTA Licensed Tennis Coach responsible for delivering an all year round Tennis Services Programme at TWTC. This includes Coaching and Competitions for all ages and abilities. Ron has been highly successful, pro-actively increasing the numbers of people in the Community participating in Tennis.

TWTC nestles in the heart of Trowbridge in a quiet, idylic spot just off the Bradford-on-Avon Road and Wingfield Road, close to the town's railway station and two bus routes, TWTC is easy to locate.
